How It Started
FDU Fastighet AB is a privately owned consulting company with specialist expertise in property operations, maintenance, and technical property management. With a strong service focus and extensive experience, they help property owners develop, streamline, and optimize their property management while ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment for tenants.
Despite their well-structured operations and high level of service, there was previously no simple and modern digital solution for tenants to quickly submit maintenance or fault reports. Many requests were received via email or phone, which made the process more time-consuming and harder to manage efficiently.
Our Solution
We developed a new modern website for FDU Fastighet AB with a clear focus on an easy-to-use fault reporting system. The solution allows tenants to quickly report issues in their property by filling out a structured form with details about the problem, the address, and their contact information.
