Mimo Pizzeria is a well-known pizzeria in Umeå, offering a diverse menu of pizza, pasta, and other Italian dishes. Despite its popularity, their previous website lacked a modern design and clear structure, making it difficult for customers to find menu information, opening hours, and online ordering options. Additionally, there was no digital integration between the website and the in-restaurant experience.
Our solution
We developed a brand-new website for Mimo Pizzeria, focusing on user-friendliness, modern design, and seamless integration with the restaurant environment. The website provides customers with a clear overview of the menu, current offers, and the ability to place orders online quickly and easily.
The new website features a clean, modern design with intuitive navigation. It is fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across both mobile devices and desktop computers, allowing customers to access information and place orders from anywhere.
To enhance the in-restaurant experience, we installed digital screens that display the current menu, daily specials, and other relevant information. These screens are integrated with the website and update automatically, ensuring the content is always accurate and consistent.
We implemented a user-friendly admin system that allows Mimo Pizzeria to easily update the menu, add new offers, and manage orders. The system is also integrated with the restaurant’s POS, streamlining operations and reducing the risk of errors.
The new website and in-restaurant digital screens have improved the customer experience both online and on-site. Customers now have quick access to up-to-date information and can place orders efficiently. The restaurant staff benefits from a more streamlined workflow, resulting in increased productivity and happier customers.
