NKelservice is a privately owned service company specializing in professional home cleaning, property maintenance, and subscription services. With a strong customer focus and extensive experience, they help both private individuals and businesses achieve an easier everyday life, while ensuring a smooth and secure experience for the customer.
Despite their clear structure and high level of service, they previously lacked a simple and modern digital solution for customers to quickly book or reschedule their appointments. Many inquiries came in via email or phone, making the process more time-consuming and more difficult to manage efficiently.
Our solution
For NKelservice, we therefore developed a new, modern website focusing on a smooth and clear function for booking requests. The solution makes it easy for customers to quickly order home services by filling out a structured form with information about property type, desired services, and contact details.
We designed the interface with simplicity and user-friendliness in focus. Visitors can quickly select their desired service, see a price quote, and submit their request directly through the website. The system processes the information automatically and forwards the booking to scheduling for quick confirmation and execution.
